Our camps focus on individual skills and game awareness.
We cover offensive and defensive tactics for both individuals and the team.

Goalie Training Program

We focus on technical precision and crease management:

  • Stance & Movement: T-push, shuffle, and slides.

  • Save Selection: Glove and blocker work.

  • Puck Handling: Stickhandling, clearing the puck, and making passes.

 

Game Situations

We also train goalies to master real-game scenarios:

  • Breakaways

  • Fighting through screens (Traffic)

  • Rebound control

Professional Coaching Staff
Our participants are guided by professional coaches with extensive experience
in youth hockey development.


Off-Ice Training (Gym)
Dryland training takes place in a fully equipped gym under the supervision
of a specialized Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Our coach brings experience from working with both elite athletes and youth players.


Video Analysis
We film training sessions to provide video feedback.
During review sessions, we help players visualize their performance, reinforcing good habits and correcting bad ones.


Personalized Feedback
Each player receives recommendations on specific individual skills they should focus

on to improve their game.

We help young athletes accelerate their learning curve
and better understand how to solve real-game situations on the ice.

Location & Facilities

The camps will take place at the Považská Bystrica Ice Arena
and the adjacent sports complex.


The facility features a soccer field, a modern multi-purpose gym, basketball courts
and a street hockey rink -
all conveniently located near the arena and accommodation.


Camp Gear
Every player will receive a branded camp jersey and a T-shirt to take home, along with other gifts.

Parent Education

We also host a session for parents focused on sports nutrition and healthy eating habits,
led by a qualified nutrition expert.

Program Focus

Skaters - Defensemen & Forwards

  • Skating & Puck Control: Power skating, edge work, and skating with the puck

  • Shooting & Passing: Mastering all shooting techniques (wrist, slap, snap, backhand),

       passing and receiving

  • Agility & Stickhandling: Coordination, quick hands, and creativity

  • Physical Play: Body positioning and contact confidence for both defensemen and forwards

  • Progressive Learning: We use a step-by-step method (from simple to complex drills)

  • Individual Approach: Tailored feedback for every player

  • Small Group Work: Focused training in stations

  • Demonstrations: Visual learning through coach demonstrations

  • On-Ice Communication: Teaching players how to communicate effectively during the game

Our Goal is Technical Precision: We focus on correcting biomechanics to improve:

  • Skating Stride

  • Puck Handling Technique

  • Shooting Mechanics

For Goalies

Technical Skills

  • Stance & Movement: Perfecting T-push, shuffles, and slides.

  • Save Selection: Glove and blocker mechanics.

  • Stickhandling: Active stick work, clearing the puck, and making passes.

 

Game Situations

  • Breakaways: Patience and positioning during one-on-one situations.

  • Traffic Management: Fighting through screens and finding sightlines.

  • Rebound Control: Reacting to second shots and directing pucks to safety.

  • Special Teams (PK): Positioning and reading the play during penalty kills.

 

Mental Game (Mindset)

  • Focus: maintaining concentration throughout the game.

  • Resilience: How to mentally reset and stay confident after allowing a goal.

  • Pressure: Decision-making in high-stress situations.

 

Reflexes & Reaction

  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Drills using tennis balls and reaction balls.

  • Rapid Fire: Drills to improve reaction time and recovery speed.

 

Physical Preparation

  • Core Fundamentals: Balance and coordination.

  • Power: Speed and explosiveness in the crease.

  • Mobility: Flexibility for injury prevention and range of motion (RVH/post-to-post).

Daily Schedule

  • Breakfast

  • Warm-up (Sprints, fast-twitch muscle activation, stability balls, agility ladders)

  • On-Ice Session 1 (Power skating, stickhandling, individual skill development)

  • Goalie Training Session

  • Off-Ice Conditioning & Hand-eye coordination (Golf ball drills)

  • Lunch

  • Active Recovery (Mental training, stretching)

  • On-Ice Session 2

  • Dryland Skills (Stickhandling, balance drills)

  • Dinner

  • Evening Activities

  • Accommodation & Meals: 6 nights accommodation with full board (all meals included)

  • Hydration: Daily hydration program & fresh fruit

  • On-Ice Training: 2 sessions per day (led by a minimum of 5 coaches)

  • Off-Ice Training: Gym, fitness center, and outdoor field sessions

  • Specialized Drills: Balance & coordination training
